HARBOUR REALTY LTD. was formed by Jonelle White Smith in 1994 after she had gained a thorough knowledge of the Bermuda Real Estate Market in local sales working with Kitson Real Estate and the Real Estate Department the Bank of Butterfield.

JONELLE WHITE SMITH:

Throughout Jonelle’s career, she has sold waterfront properties in Tucker’s Town, Point Shares, Harbour Road, Ely’s Harbour and Harrington Sound. Other desirable locations have included Ardsheal Drive, Woodstock Hill, Grape Bay Drive, Belmont Estates and Fairylands.

Jonelle’s past clientele includes Directors of Law firms, Managing Partners of Major Accounting Firms, Insurance Executives, C.E.O.’s of Investment Firms and Local Contractors & Developers. The majority of her business comes from referrals from former clients.  Jonelle is especially known for having “pocket” or “whisper” listings. With over 33 years in the real estate industry, Jonelle has an extensive knowledge of the properties that are available to International and local Purchasers.

Although her primary target market is quality residential homes in desirable locations for executives, Jonelle has sold commercial buildings, lots of land, condominiums and even a Pub! Jonelle has served on the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Division Executive Committee from 1985 to 2000 and again from 2013 to present. Jonelle is the Chair of the Education and Exam Review committee and also sits on the Government Liaison committee.

Jonelle has been actively involved with charities throughout her career. She is a Trustee of the Bermuda Hospital Charitable Trust, Life Member of the Bermuda Junior Service League, former President of the Bermuda Learning Disabilities Association and is an associate member of the Bermuda Hunt Club. Jonelle is married with two teenage sons.

ESTHER YOUNG:

In 2014, Esther joined Harbour Realty Ltd. to initially assist with the rental listings. Having gained experience with Coldwell Banker and Crisson & Company Real Estate, Esther took a brief hiatus, and has now teamed up with Jonelle to bring fun and personality into selling and renting homes.

Esther is looking forward creating a new client base, and with her personal touch, she would be thrilled to assist you find the best suitable home! With sound advice, Esther will be there to show the most effective manner to show and market your home for sale or rent. Short term rentals and property management will be in her portfolio, but do not hesitate to reach out for any real estate needs.
